Fearless with the Lord

*Fearless with the Lord*
But David said to Saul, "Your servant used to keep his father's sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it.
(1Sa 17:34-35 NKJV)
*David a man after Gods heart was fearless let’s read the opening verse again in another translation. . . "Your Majesty," David said, "I take care of my father's sheep. Any time a lion or a bear carries off a lamb, I go after it, attack it, and rescue the lamb. And if the lion or bear turns on me, I grab it by the throat and beat it to death.
(1Sa 17:34-35) This is what David gave the king as His credentials before going to slay Goliath.
*Can you imagine being in the presence of a wild bear yet even a wild lion, a hungry one on top of that! David went after the lion rescued the sheep and would catch the lion by the mane and beat it up! This needs bravery and a fearless nature, this is what David had. Let’s remember a lion the King of the jungle is fearless itself . . . lions, strongest of all animals and afraid of none; (Pro 30:30)
*Christianity is not for wimps or cowards. As a Christian the Lion of the tribe of Judah lives within you, thus you naturally have a fearless nature in you. With the Lord Jesus you are to fear nothing, for He is with you to protect you and fight for you. . . Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you. (Deu 3:22)
*God is love and absolutely no form of fear is in Him, there is nothing He is afraid of because Love cannot fear, we never hear in the scriptures of Jesus trembling in fear. . . There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (1Jn 4:18) Throughout the bible we hear the phrase fear not. With God you cannot and must not fear for you are fearless with Him.
*ACT*
Fear not in this life for Jesus is in you and with Him you are fearless.

(Psa 91)
Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the LORD your God, am with you wherever you go."
(Jos 1:9 GNB)
Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.
(Pro 3:23-26 KJV)
