*PREORDAINED PATHS*
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
(Eph 2:10 KJV)
None of us knew ourselves before we were born. We are the product of our creator and He not only created us for a purpose but also set up a course for us to walk. As the Father told Jeremiah. "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations." (Jer 1:5 NKJV)
Jesus remembered this and knew that He became flesh to do the Will of the Father. We see this even when he began His ministry. "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; (Luk 4:18 NKJV) Jesus read this prophecy and told the people it spoke of Him. Likewise there are prophecies over your life that you must pick up and walk in.
The Lord God formed you in your mother’s womb not your biological mother or father, they were a channel for your existence. Your biological parents may or may not have planned your birth. They didn’t know what your future would hold but your heavenly Father does because He planned your birth and the life He desires for you. The choice is ours to accept or reject His Will for us.
*PRAYER*
Father thank you for creating me for your Glory. Father I accept your Will and desire to do your Will. I know you have ordained good things for my life, so be it in Jesus name.
"The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."
(Isa 61:1-3 NKJV)
