*GOD BLESSES YOUR WORK*
"The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. (Deu 28:12 NKJV)
The principles of God apply to all people believers and non believers alike. We all receive from what we have planted. The Lord says He will BLESS the work of our hands. Every individual has a unique talent, skill or gift which God wants them to use so that person may be blessed. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. (Pro 10:4 KJV) As Christians it’s not enough to pay tithes and offerings and then sit and demand a harvest from God. We must be found doing something as proverbs tells us poverty is best friends with laziness.
The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. (Pro 22:7 KJV) The Lord says that we will lend and not borrow, this means your destiny as a child of God is to be a rich ruler. We must activate this by the work of our hands. God will give you an idea if you are not yet sure what your work is. We see Apostle Paul was a tent maker and while preaching He still worked and took care of his team financially.
You know that these hands of mine have worked to pay my own way, and I have even supplied the needs of those who were with me. And I have been a constant example of how you can help the poor by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.' " (Act 20:34-35 NLT)
Giving is the ultimate way to receive from God. The work of your hands is not about toiling in your own effort but about positioning yourself where God connects you for prosperity. The blessing of the Lord--it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it]. (Pro 10:22 AMP) You must be doing something for God to bless your work.
*ACT*
Ask the Holy Spirit what is your work. Then pursue this work and be blessed.
Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now by it, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. [Mal. 2:2.] And I will rebuke the devourer [insects and plagues] for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine drop its fruit before the time in the field, says the Lord of hosts. (Mal 3:10-11 AMP)
