LET GOD WORK

*LET GOD WORK*

But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. (Joh 5:17 KJV)
There are many miracles that Jesus performed. When He was persecuted about these miracles, Jesus replied by saying His Father is at work and He is too. The source of the Power was from the Father, the same is true for us now, we work by believing and exercising faith and the Father releases His power. A curious religious leader even recognised that God was working with Jesus. The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. (Joh 3:2 KJV)
Believe the Word and exercise your faith by acting on it, this allows God to work. Apostle Peter had to explain that God was at work through him. Peter saw his opportunity and addressed the crowd. "People of Israel," he said, "what is so astounding about this? And why look at us as though we had made this man walk by our own power and godliness? (Act 3:12 NLT) God is always ready to work but He needs a vessel full of belief to flow through. It’s not about your long prayers or fasting but about resting and trusting in the name of Jesus. The works of Jesus unleash the power not our own efforts. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. (Heb 4:10 KJV)
*DECLARATION*
I declare that Almighty God works through me. As I do my work of believing and acting in faith my Heavenly Father works miracles, signs and wonders through me. I declare that I rest by trusting the finished work of Jesus Christ. Amen
Let us therefore be zealous and exert ourselves and strive diligently to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], that no one may fall or perish by the same kind of unbelief and disobedience [into which those in the wilderness fell]. For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. (Heb 4:11-12 AMP)
